What Unhasten is

Unhasten plans everyday healthy living: meals, shopping, movement, training, supplements and the timing of ordinary daily care. It is a general wellness service. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for your doctor, your pharmacist or a qualified trainer.

It never invents a dose and never changes instructions you were given. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take prescription medication or have an injury, decide with a professional before acting on anything the app suggests.

Your account

You need an account to keep a plan across devices. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You must be at least eighteen. A household subscription covers people in your own home; the account stays yours and you are responsible for it.

Trial, price and renewal

The trial lasts fourteen days and asks for no card. When it ends you are shown the price and choose whether to continue: nothing starts by itself.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown when you subscribed. If a price changes, you are told before the renewal it applies to, and you can cancel first. Prices include VAT.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time with one button, in the app or on this site. There is no notice period. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and it does not renew again.

You have fourteen days to withdraw from a new subscription under EU consumer law, without giving a reason. On top of that, we refund a yearly payment in full for thirty days if you ask. Refunds go back the way you paid.

Using it fairly

Use Unhasten for yourself and your household. Do not resell it, scrape it, or try to break it. We may suspend an account that is being used to harm the service or other people, and we will say why.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will run the service with reasonable care, keep your data as described in the privacy notice, and tell you about changes that matter. We cannot promise the service is uninterrupted or that following a plan produces a particular result for your health.

Nothing here limits your rights under Lithuanian or EU consumer law, and where this text conflicts with those rights, those rights win.

Law and disputes

Lithuanian law applies, and you keep the protection of the consumer law of the country you live in. Write to us first and we will try to settle it directly. You can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
