UNHASTEN
You already know what a good day looks like. Eat something real. Move a little. Sleep on time. Take the things you take. See the people you love. None of it is hard. What is hard is holding it all in your head while the day does what days do.
We built Unhasten to hold it for you.
Tell it what you do, what you take, how you train and who you cook for. Connect your calendar if you like. Each morning it shows you one thing at a time: what to do now, what is for lunch, what to buy on Saturday. When a meeting moves, the plan moves. When you travel, it plans for a hotel room, not a kitchen. When you are ill, rest is the plan.
That is the whole product. The rest of this page is what we will not do.
- We will not count your streaks.
A missed day is a day. It carries nothing forward.
- We will not ask you to log your food, your weight or your steps.
We do the counting so you don’t have to, and we show it only when you ask.
- We will not fill your free time.
An empty hour in your calendar is not an invitation. Friends, hobbies, doing nothing: these need no health justification, and they are not ours to schedule.
- We will not raise the bar while you are not looking.
You choose the goal, ambitious or modest. Enough is a setting, and it stays where you put it.
- We will not cheer, nag or shame you.
We will say what is true and get out of the way.
- We will not interrupt you, except for the few things you asked to be told about.
No marketing pushes. No “we miss you”. Nothing else, ever.
- We will not sell you supplements, sell your data or sell ads.
You pay for the product and the product works for you. That is the whole business.
- We will not claim more than we know.
Our defaults follow mainstream guidance, an estimate is called an estimate, and we never touch a prescription.
- We will not make you start over.
Leave for a week or a year. When you come back you will see today, not a debt.
- We will not add to your day to justify ourselves.
If a feature gives you one more decision, it does not ship.
Unhasten is not a coach, not a tracker, not a community. It is the quiet part of a good day, handled. The loud part, the living, is yours.
Take the hurry out.
Just try it
