The trial
Fourteen days, free, without a card. Create an account, choose the areas you want help with, and review your first plan. At the end of the trial, choose whether to continue.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel with one button, in the app or on this site. There is no notice period and nothing to ask for. A yearly payment is refunded in full for thirty days if you ask. A monthly payment is refundable within fourteen days, which is your right under EU law.
Questions
Can my family use it?
You can plan meals for up to five people in one account, with portions, dietary preferences and allergies for each person. Family members do not receive separate app accounts or individual workout plans.
I already have a trainer and a breakfast I like. Is it still worth it?
Ask it to plan the parts you want help with and leave the rest alone. You can use meal planning on its own for as long as you like.
Does it handle medication?
It reminds you at the times you enter, and it keeps those times when the rest of the day moves around them. It never invents a dose, never says a combination is safe, and never changes what you were prescribed.
What happens to my data?
It is stored in the European Union, it is never sold, and deleting your account deletes it. This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from anyone else.
How do I cancel?
One button, in the app or on this site. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and there is no notice period.
Can I get a refund?
A yearly payment is refunded in full for thirty days if you ask, with no questions. A monthly payment is refundable within fourteen days, as EU law requires.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Unhasten runs in the browser on any device. On an iPhone, add it to the Home Screen if you want reminders, because Apple only delivers them to installed apps.
Which calendars work?
Google Calendar. Other calendars are not connected yet, and the plan works without any calendar at all.
